The tool
Cue is independent educational desktop software. It helps you build and review study cards; it is not medical advice, clinical decision support, or a substitute for checking your course's authoritative material.
Your material
You keep ownership of material you add. You must have permission or another lawful basis to use and share it. Do not upload confidential patient information. If you share a Cue pack, share it only with people who are independently entitled to access its source material.
AI output
AI-generated questions, answers, citations, grading, and feedback can be incomplete or wrong. Cue is designed to make review easier, not to remove your responsibility to verify the result before relying on or exporting it.
Accounts and balance
Your account is tied to your email. Prepaid Cue balance is a non-transferable licence to use metered AI features; it is not a bank account, deposit, or cash-equivalent. Polar is the merchant of record for purchases. Developer mode uses your own provider accounts and does not consume Cue balance.
Fair use and availability
Do not probe, overload, scrape, bypass limits, share credentials, or use Cue unlawfully. The pilot may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Cue may suspend abusive use while investigating it.
Ending use and consumer rights
You may stop using Cue at any time. Contact support for account or purchase issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
