Email support@cueworkspace.com. Include the app version, macOS version, what you were doing, and the exact error message. Do not attach API keys, passwords, patient information, or full payment-card details.
Account and billing
Write from the email used to sign in. For a payment issue, include the date and amount. Cue may ask for a Polar order reference, but never for your full card number.
Security
If you believe you found a security problem, use the same address and put “Security” in the subject. Please avoid accessing anybody else's data while investigating.
